Yes. Logo Package Portal only works with logo files exported by Logo Package Express 3. You also need the free Logo Package Portal extension, which comes with Logo Package Express 3, to upload files to Portal.

Both. The Logo Package Portal extension for Adobe Illustrator is used to upload logo files, while the Portal web app is where your projects live and where clients view them in the browser.

Do I need to pay separately for the Portal extension and the Portal web app?

No. The Portal extension comes free with Logo Package Express 3. You buy Portal projects for the web app 5 at a time. A 5-Project Pack costs $50.

Do my clients need a Portal account to view their logos?

No. Clients can view a Portal project in their browser using a share link. They do not need Adobe Illustrator, the Portal extension, or a Portal account.

What is a Portal project?

A Portal project stores one logo package for one client. It is the browser-based page where your client can view and download their logo files. You can access Portal projects by logging in to your Portal web app account, and clients can access them through a share link. What file types can I upload to a Portal project?

Portal projects accept logo files exported by Logo Package Express 3, including JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files.

Can I update a Portal project after I share it?

Yes. You can manage your Portal projects through the Portal web app and update them by uploading logo files again through the Portal extension in Adobe Illustrator.

How long does a Portal project last?

Portal projects last until you close your account or delete the project. If you delete a project, its files and data are removed, but the project slot stays available for a new upload. Deleting a project never reduces your total project count.

What happens when I use up my 5 Portal projects?

When all 5 of your projects are in use, you can purchase another 5-Project Pack from the My Account page in the Portal web app. Your existing projects stay where they are, and the new pack adds 5 more project slots for future client logo packages.

Can I add more Portal projects later?

Yes. You can purchase another 5-Project Pack at any time from the My Account page in the Portal web app. New projects are added to your total. They do not replace any unused projects you already have.
